Cleanings + Periodontal Therapy

Dentures + Partials

There are different types of dental cleanings. Dental prophylactic and periodontal maintenance cleanings are usually for established patients who have been seen within the past three to six months. Periodontal therapy is a non-surgical dental treatment for gum disease. Scaling and root planing (also known as a “deep cleaning”) may be necessary where there is active periodontal disease present in the oral cavity. Dental cleanings and clinical examination from the dentist are very important in early diagnosis and prevention of gum disease. Seeing your dentist and dental hygienist regularly is vital in maintaining and achieving optimal oral health.

Emergency Dental Care

Dentures are partials are used when teeth are missing and help with chewing function and cosmetic appearance. Dentures are false teeth
used to replace an entire upper and/or lower arch. Whereas, partials are a plate that clips on existing teeth to replace one or more missing teeth in an arch.

Same Day Crowns + Bridges

Dental crowns are a cap that covers a damaged tooth or implant. When tooth decay compromises the majority of a tooth surface, a crown may be necessary. Dental bridges are used to “bridge” the gap between areas missing one or two teeth.

If you have a dental problem that needs immediate attention: dental infection, alleviating pain, uncontrolled bleeding, our team will do our best to get you in as soon as possible.

Sleep Medicine

We are proud to offer dental sleep medicine services focused on the diagnosis, management, and treatment of sleep-disordered breathing, including obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and chronic snoring.

We partner with sleep physicians and medical providers to deliver custom oral appliance therapy (OAT) — a non-invasive, effective alternative to CPAP machines for many patients. Our dental team is specially trained in the use of oral devices that reposition the jaw to help keep the airway open during sleep.

Implant Restorations

Implant restorations are placed on an implant after the implant has been set in the mouth and has had time to heal. After our patients see an oral
surgeon or periodontist to have an implant placed, we are able to cover the top of the implant with a crown. In some cases, implants can be used
as an anchor for a partial.

Extractions

Dental extractions are the removal of teeth from the bone. The most common reasons for tooth extraction are tooth decay, gum disease, overcrowded or impacted teeth, and tooth breakage.

Veneers

Night Guards

A night guard is a device made of plastic that covers all or part of the teeth. It is typically worn through the night to prevent you from grinding your teeth while you are sleeping.

Veneers are a minimally invasive covering that fits over the front of a tooth and are used to improve the appearance and esthetics of teeth. Veneers
are usually made of composite or porcelain material.

Dental Sealants

Dental sealants are thin coatings that when painted on the chewing surfaces of the back teeth and can prevent cavities for many years.

CO2 Laser Procedures

COâ‚‚ (Carbon Dioxide) lasers are used in dentistry for precise soft tissue procedures. They emit infrared light absorbed primarily by water in the soft tissues, allowing for accurate cutting and vaporization with minimal bleeding. See more information on the variety of laser procedures below.
